Draw requests may be submitted by fax, email or phone and are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm EST. Draw check(s) are usually processed within 24 hours of submission.

The following information is required when completing the Draw Request Form:

1.	The name and mailing address where you want the check mailed.
2.	The site address.
3.	The category(s) from the cost breakdown you are requesting the funds from.
4.	The amount you are requesting from each category.
5.	The method of delivery for your draw check. (mail or UPS overnight)
6.	The phone number and/or email where we can reach you should we have questions.

Full_Unconditional_Waiver.doc This form is not required by OBLS, however, we would advise that you protect your investment by requiring signatures from your subcontractors and suppliers. In addition, some states require waivers during the processing of the long term mortgage. Please check with the title co. or attorney that closed your construction loan for requirements in the state where you are building.
